As all my friends would tell you, I am constantly looking for the perfect non-stick "spatula" - the one that has a curly side on the edge - similar to the one that I posted on my "tools" section. And believe me, for the past 15 years I been here, I was only able to find 2 that works just like the Chinese spatula.

The first one was found in a small shop in upstate New York, purely by accident. It's not perfect but it works.
